Site design

We will design a complete site for you. Using our unique package we can develop and design a stylist and professional web site, all we ask is that you inform us of what you want contained in the site and furnish us with any photos or company logos that you wish included. Once we have designed your site it will be available for your approval and once authorized it will be published and advertised on the World Wide Web. You will not be charged a penny until you are fully satisfied with the product.

Number of pages

This is the number of actual pages that will be designed and hosted on our servers. As a rough guide it will correspond with the number of links in your navigation bar plus a couple of administration pages.

Number of emails

This is the number of emails allocated to your site. All the emails are POP3 accounts so they can be accessed via your email client. Examples are info@yourcompany.co.uk, enquiries@yourcompany.co.uk, johnsmith@yourcompany.co.uk, etc..

Submission to search engines

We will submit your web site to the major search engines. Because modern search engines these days tend to reject automatic submission used by block submission software, we manually submit your site to the major search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Lycos, etc..

Web Hosting

Your web site will be hosted on one of our servers thus saving you costs. The servers have 99.9% uptime therefore ensuring that your web site is available whenever your clients wish to view it.

Unlimited updates

Basic brochure web sites that just contain static information about a company are a thing of the past. Modern web sites have to be dynamic and up to date. Our package includes unlimited updates to the contents of the site so you can add new information, news bulletins, special offers etc.

Unlimited maintenance

We provide unlimited maintenance to your web site so you have piece of mind that your site will be available for viewing whenever your clients wish to access it.

Domain transfer / registration

The domain is the web address that will uniquely identify you on the World Wide Web, for example www.yourcompany.co.uk. We can either register your domain or, if you already have a domain registered, we can transfer it.

Health Check

We will carryout a comprehensive health check on your site every 3 months. This will include the following:

• ensuring that you are still listed on all the relevant search engines
• provide access details so you can see how often your site has been viewed
• ensure your site works with new technology such as new versions of browsers
• ensure that any links included in your site are still valid
• make suggestions as to improving your site

A report will be compiled so you can monitor the progress and status of your web site.
